Life Coaching
Life coaching is a personal service that provides support and guidance to clients interested in achieving self-defined life improvements. Life coaching is individualized, one-on-one and person-centered. The emphasis in coaching sessions is fairly simple: from wherever a person is in life, find ways to improve upon that life. Because there is no limit to improving life experience, persons in virtually any life circumstance may benefit from the services of a life coach.
A skilled life coach is one who can do the following:
- Understand and clarify the client's current life circumstance
- Understand and clarify the client's desired life circumstance
- Fully believe that the client can achieve his or her desired life circumstance
- Collaborate with the client to develop a plan for manifesting the desire
- Assist the client with the execution of the plan through regular support, feedback and education
Ryan Ashton is Inspirational Differences' life coach who has developed a coaching formula that embodies the above mentioned elements, but also stresses the role of inspiration (as opposed to motivation) in the entire coaching process.
